Government Shutdown.

Many of you have been hearing about a government shutdown. A government shutdown is when the government no longer provides non essential services. This matter could affect the United States in many ways. The Tea Party Republicans threatened a government shutdown if their plan to reduce government budgets is not implemented. According the the Pentagon, operations in Afghanistan and Japan will continue, but the big question is, will they get paid? Social security checks will not stop (for now). Places like the Pentagon, White House, and other site seeing places will be closed until a deal is reached. If a deal is not reached by Midnight Friday there will be a government shutdown.
